Meet Your Chiropractor
Dr. Thomas Godbout, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic · Chiropractic Sports Physician
Dr. Godbout started his academic career with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA, where he received his doctorate. After graduation, he practiced in Boston for 3 years before moving to Illinois. Dr. Godbout has been practicing chiropractic care since 2002 in Massachusetts and Illinois.
His passion for athletics led him to obtain a specialization as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. This gives him a greater ability to work with sports-related injuries and a specific focus on injury prevention. His primary goal in treating athletes is to identify weaknesses that may lead to injury and correct them, so the likelihood of those injuries occurring is greatly reduced — and if they do occur, recovery will be much faster.
His focus is not just on the athlete, however. He treats everyone from birth to the elderly for a wide range of conditions — from colic and chronic ear infections to arthritis and multiple sclerosis. Dr. Godbout always keeps the patient's health goals as the primary focus of care, in order to get them Back to Life.
